Various customization options are available for personal care packaging, allowing brands to create a unique and memorable look.

Custom tooling/Mold

We offer custom-blowing and injection molds at the most economical cost in the industry. The custom blowing molds can be used for materials like HDPE, LDPE, PP PE, ABS, AS etc. With custom tooling, the brand gets the flexibility to create its own unique shapes that resonate with the values and the brand story.

Silk Screen printing

This is a technique that involves pushing ink through a mesh screen onto a material to create a stenciled design. This process can reproduce high-quality images and patterns onto various materials with components like flexible plastic tubes, bottles, jars etc.

Offset printing

In this process, ink is transferred from metal plates to rubber rollers and then onto the surface of the component. This process is commonly used for high-volume printing on flexible plastic tubes. Offset printing technology allows to achieve the gradient printing effect on the tubes which is not possible to achieve using silk screen printing. Offset printing is the most economical form of printing.

Labeling

Labeling in personal care packaging refers to the process of attaching or incorporating information, graphics, and branding elements onto the packaging of personal care products. These labels serve multiple purposes, providing essential product details, conveying brand identity, and complying with regulatory requirements. Personal care product labels are crucial for informing consumers about the product, its usage, and its ingredients. Labels provide the ability to achieve graphics which is not possible to achieve using either offset or silk screen printing methods.
